Refund policy

At Artbyusuf, all our products are made-to-order and customized based on each customer’s selected preferences, including size, material, and design. Due to this personalized nature, we follow a strict policy regarding returns and refunds.

1. Made-to-Order Products
Each item is produced specifically for the customer after an order is placed. Therefore, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as incorrect size selection, accidental orders, or change of mind.

2. Return & Refund Eligibility Window
As all products are made-to-order, every request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Customers must contact us within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving the product if there is any issue with the order.
After this 48-hour window, all sales are considered final, and no return or refund requests will be accepted.

3. Eligible Cases for Returns/Refunds
Returns or refunds will only be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item was damaged upon arrival
  • The item has a manufacturing defect
  • The wrong item was shipped to the customer

To process such requests, customers must provide clear photo evidence of the issue.

4. Non-Eligible Cases
We do not accept returns or refunds in the following situations:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Orders placed accidentally
  • Change of mind after purchase

5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be initiated within 2 working days after verification.
The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method and will reflect in the customer’s bank account within 5–7 working days, depending on the bank’s processing time.

By placing an order with Artbyusuf, the customer agrees to this policy. We strongly recommend reviewing product details and selections carefully before completing a purchase.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@artbyusuf.in. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
